Our pizzas are baked in a traditional wood-fired oven at 485°C (905°F) for just 90 seconds, creating the perfect balance of crispy crust and tender center with those signature leopard spots.

We use only 00 flour from Naples, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella di bufala to honor the centuries-old tradition of true Neapolitan pizza.
